Who am I?

Hi, I’m Dr. Nirmeen Rajani. I’m a Clinical Psychologist, a trauma therapist, and someone who has spent the last 15 years walking alongside people in their healing journeys.

I’ve worked with children, teens, adults, and families across all walks of life—but again and again, my heart always circles back to one place: parents and children.

And I think it’s because, as a child, I didn’t fully get to enjoy my own childhood.

My parents did everything they could. We had safety, stability, all the essentials. But what I really wish they had… was space.

Space to enjoy parenting.

To delight in me.

To soak in the magic of raising a child.

Because I know now—I would have enjoyed being enjoyed.

Today, I watch them with my children—playing in the park, doing crafts, laughing freely—and I think: Yes. This is what it should feel like.

The joy of presence. The quiet love in the ordinary. The spiritual connection to these little souls we get to call ours.

Just yesterday, I asked my 7-year-old what he loves about his childhood.

He said: Everything.

And I believed him. Because I feel it too—I love being his mother.

But it wasn’t always this way.

Getting here took effort, healing, therapy, and intention.

I had to unlearn patterns that no longer served me, soften my inner world, and reconnect with my truth.

And through that process, something changed:

I started finding moments of awe again.

Moments of deep spiritual connection.

Moments where I knew—this is peace. This is purpose.

And now… I want to create that kind of space for other parents.

That’s why I started this page.

Not to tell you how to parent.

Not to give you a one-size-fits-all plan.

But to offer you something quieter… and maybe more powerful:

A chance to reconnect—with yourself, with your child, and with the joy that’s already there.

Over the coming weeks, I’ll be sharing ideas, reflections, and eventually, opportunities to join me in parent-child workshops—where we simply come together to connect.

To laugh.

To breathe.

To remember that this journey—of parenting, of healing, of growing—is sacred.

Because here’s what I truly believe:

Your child cannot step fully into their light if you’re living disconnected from your own.

And you don’t have to do it alone.

This page is a beginning.

For you. For your children. For all of us who want to love more deeply and live more presently.

Welcome.
